I'm a man who relies on the truth to expose people for the frauds they are. However, when I write my articles, I normally don't check too many facts, since I'm usually doing it to vent or entertain.

After posting my article about Joey Vento of Geno's Steaks, I decided to go onto their website to see what kind of bullshit he was up to now. I found that several of my statements were inaccurate. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt since I can't prove any of his claims to be false. As the article was meant to expose him, and not really entertain, I want to correct a few errors I made in that article.

Firstly, I stated that his prices went up from $7.50 over the course of two years. I have checked this on their website (I'm not linking it to give them traffic and feed his ego, so look it up if you're curious), and according to their online menu, their cheesesteaks with whiz are still $7.50, meaning no price increase as I had initially believed.

Second, I stated that Joey claimed nobody ever tried to order in another language. This sounds misleading, as his exact words were something to the effect of "Nobody has ever been refused service for ordering in another language. But if I can't understand you, you might not get what you asked for."

Third, I implied that his father was the original founder of Geno's. According to their website, Joey himself founded Geno's. However, his father did found Jim's Steaks, another tourist trap in Philadelphia.

Because I corrected my mistakes, that doesn't mean I hate him less. I'm a humble man who can admit when he's wrong or has made a mistake. Joey Vento is still a jack ass.

In the future, serious articles will be fact-checked more thoroughly.
